I have been such a loser when it comes it updating my journal. Today I am going to have lunch with dh and then go and pay my water bill. I am so mad with the water company here and I can't even boycott them or anything since well, I do need water. We were 8, just 8 little days late on our last bill and they charged us $25! Now I can see maybe $5, but c'mon! I have never been late before. February just got away from me and I didn't realize what the date was. It makes me so furious because they can just do whatever they want since there is no competition. Plus, we did put down a $90 deposit. Maybe they should have just taken the money from there if they were so concerned about the 8 days late. Grr.
